Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Krytr (the “Service”), operated by Krytr. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Krytr is an AI-powered tool that helps creators generate and publish short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, Carousels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts). The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate scripts, images, voice, and captions based on input you provide.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use Krytr.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- You may not share your account or use Krytr to bypass another creator's rate limits.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Krytr to generate or publish:
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Content that depicts minors in unsafe contexts, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content that constitutes harassment, defamation, hate speech, or incites violence.
- Misleading impersonation of real people without consent.
- Spam, malware, or content that violates the terms of the destination platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Investment, medical, or legal advice presented as professional guidance — finance/health templates exist for commentary, not advice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content ownership
Renders you generate belong to you. By using Krytr, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as needed to provide the Service (e.g., temporarily caching assets, uploading to your connected social accounts at your direction).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all input (topics, URLs, RSS feeds) and that the output is permissible to publish on the destination platforms.
5. Credits, plans, and billing
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly, in USD via Stripe. Each plan grants a monthly credit allotment.
- Credits are consumed when you generate content. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next period.
- One-off credit top-ups never expire while your account is active.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are at our discretion; failed renders are automatically refunded in credits.
6. Third-party platforms
When you connect Instagram or YouTube, you authorize Krytr to publish on your behalf using the scopes you grant. We are not affiliated with Meta or Google. Your use of their platforms remains subject to their terms.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or content that requires correction. You are solely responsible for reviewing renders before publication. Krytr makes no warranty as to accuracy, suitability, or fitness for any purpose.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krytr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when feasible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
